• To approve the initiative of building the "MEMORIAL COMPLEX" eternalizing the memory of the innocent victims of 1988 earthquake in the city of Gyumri
  
  
• In order to choose the best architectural project of "MEMORIAL COMPLEX" organize a close tender among the project organization, "Yerevan Project" CJSC and "ArmProject" JSC companies of the city of Gyumri
  
  
• To elucidate the process and results of the tender by mass media
